The operations
The CEO creates and approves a project and finances it. The CEO also seeks and agrees to business opportunities to keep the money coming in. (Sandra)
The General manager ensures each project is being assigned and completed properly as reported by the staff liaison and reports to me. 1 position available.
The PR and communication manager ensure each project is being worked on properly as reported by the staff liaison and reports to me. 1 position available.
The Staff liaison manager communicates with the team leaders and team members. 1 position available.
The Team leaders ensure their team is doing the work needed to create the content. 2 positions available.
The Team members create the content based on the instructions they were given. 2 teams of 3 therefore 6 team members (tasks: marketing, production and filming, editing, admin, one off projects) 6 positions available.
